About Us

This beautiful corner studio has an authentic Mexican feel, providing you with stunning views of both the Bay of Banderas and Zona Romantica! The magnificent sunsets will be a nightly pleasure enjoyed from the large balcony! A short 5 minute walk to beaches, restaurants and Puerto Vallarta night life. Located in the Amapas/Zona Romantica neighbourhood you can take a short walk to Los Muertos beach and pier. So close to all the conveniences but just far enough to enjoy a bit of piece and quiet.

This newly refreshed condo comes with new appliances, paint, upholstered furniture, bathroom updates and more. This corner suite provides you with plenty of natural light. The balcony doors span the entire unit and open to provide you with a 180 degree view . To the west, you have the beaches and to the north the Romantic Zone!

This studio is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, dinning and living space. The kitchen provides you with seating and the dinning room provides you room for 4! Our full length balcony gives you the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee with the sunrise or a nightcap as the sunsets.

Stay connected with the available WiFi connection and enjoy the smart TV with various streaming services.

Laundry facilities are accessible in the building (next to pool area) or you may request on-site laundry services at an additional cost. Guess have access to the common pool area. Cleaning services may be requested at an addition cost. We provide all linen, towels, and beach towels.

Where you’ll be

In the Amapas neighbourhood – a short walk towards town you will find a OXXO convenient store open 24 hours per day. Here you can pick up snacks, coffee and other beverages including alcohol . While you can get the essentials here you will want to stop by a local grocery store if your stay is more than a week! There is plenty of great taco stands and traditional mexican fair. Puerto Vallarta has grown significantly over the last few years – on Basilio Badillo street you will find some amazing dinning spots with a variety of food options.

If you are heading to the beach – you will take the set of stairs next to the condo and arrive close to Blue Chairs Beach Club. On your way back – if adventurous you can return using the same stairs or flag a taxi or Uber at a very low cost.

Getting around
Taxis and pubic transportation is just steps away, all you need to do is step outside the condo building. Uber is an affordable option. You can use public buses, these run by the condo regularly and at a very low cost. On foot you can get to beaches, restaurants and other Puerto Vallarta attractions.
